Robert Lopich : Special Counsel
Robert Lopich is a Civil/Commercial Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator based in Sydney, Australia. He is a senior legal practitioner, author and co-author of numerous articles published by professional bodies and organisations including the American Bar Association.
Robert is an experienced collaborative lawyer with advanced level training and is a collaborative dispute resolver. He has extensive experience as a speaker and presenter at legal educational seminars and conferences including the National Mediation
Conference, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the State Legal Conference and the College of Law. Robert is a director of Collaborative Lawyers Pty Ltd and Collaborative & Mediation Practice Centre Australia Pty Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc. and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (Civil Practice Committee) and the American Bar Association (Dispute Resolution Committee and Collaborative Law Sub-committee).
Robert is also a nationally accredited mediator with LEADR and the Law Society of New South Wales as well as being a member of both LEADR and the Law Society of New South Wales. He is also a former member of the Board of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association (ADRA) and a member of the Asia Pacific Mediation Forum.
He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Mediators Panel and has substantial experience as a civil/commercial dispute resolution practitioner across a range of areas.
