David Farrell heads the Insurance Law and Litigation Groups of Goldrick Farrell Mullan. He is the partner in charge of advising in relation to general insurance issues and is responsible for the carriage of individual claims involving property and contract issues. He has extensive experience acting for insurance companies and large corporations in this area. He is also experienced in commercial litigation for both small businesses and large corporations.
His experience in these areas enables him to provide pro-active legal audits to enable clients to avoid costly disputes and litigation.
He is based at the firm’s Sydney branch but attends the Canberra office regularly to meet clients and attend Court.
Education and Qualifications:
- Graduated from University of NSW in 1983
- Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws
- Admitted as a Solicitor in July 1984
- Solicitor of the High Court of Australia
- Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales
- Solicitor and Barrister of the Australian Capital Territory
