Barry Mullan heads the Family Law and De Facto Relationship Group of Goldrick Farrell Mullan. He is based at the firm’s Parramatta branch but attends all of our offices regularly to interview clients and attend both the Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
Barry is regarded as one of the more senior Family Law practitioners in Sydney and was featured in a SBS TV documentary on proceedings in the Family Court of Australia. He has over 25 years practice in the law. His experience includes acting for parties involved in disputes where one party to the marriage has moved overseas, complex property settlements and urgent matters requiring Court intervention.
Barry also heads and co-ordinates our Sports and related law group. He has previously been retained by high profile sports and media personalities to assist in both their professional and personal legal matters. Barry was fortunate enough to assist with the Australian Radio Broadcasting of the 2002 World Cup Finals and has been asked to comment regularly on a variety of sports related issues in all forms of the media.
