Janet Lazzaro is an Associate mainly practising in the areas of Commercial Litigation including contract disputes, Trade Practices, Insolvency, IP Litigation, Building and Construction Litigation, Commercial Lease disputes and Mortgage disputes and disputed Wills. She also assists with Business Law, Company Law, Property Law, Estate Planning and Wills & Probate.
She was chosen for a secondment from Goldrick Farrell Mullan to Macquarie Bank from 19 January 2004 to 23 August 2004. At Macquarie Bank she worked in the Banking and Property Group assisting in the loan documentation and securitisation and providing in-house legal advice.
Janet began her career with Goldrick Farrell Mullan in February 1999 in the Insurance Law and Litigation Groups. Prior to becoming a solicitor her early employment was as a Scientist at the Prince Henry Hospital and then Prince of Wales Hospital. She began her law studies at the University of New South Wales in 1993 and was admitted as a Solicitor in July 1999. Her work with Goldrick Farrell Mullan has included areas as diverse as insurance and commercial litigation, corporate advices, property, advising on Liquor Licensing, Entertainment Industry Licensing, FOI and Privacy Legislation.
Janet is currently studying for her Masters of Law at the University of Sydney.
