Patrick Ferguson : Associate
Patrick Ferguson is an associate and mainly practises in the area of commercial litigation, insolvency (corporate and personal) and general commercial advice including drafting and advising on commercial contracts, leases, franchise agreements, client’s standard terms and conditions of trade, sale and purchase of businesses and trade marks. He acts for and advises company liquidators and bankruptcy trustees.
He has also acted in a variety of matters including setting aside a mareva injunction, right of way disputes, defamation proceedings, an International Arbitration Act dispute and the Police Tribunal Darren Brennan Inquiry.
Patrick has also practised as a solicitor in Ireland and London. He has acted as a New South Wales Supreme Court costs assessor and has been a member of the NSW Law Society membership/licensing committee since 2000.
