Charles Emmanuel Morgan is now retired and is no longer entitled to practice as a legal practitioner in New South Wales. He was the principal lawyer of the Hornsby law firm Fisher Nash Morgan Solicitors for many years. When his firm merged with Goldrick Farrell Mullan in 2022, Charles continued to serve as a consultant at the Hornsby office until his retirement on 30 June 2023.
